Step onto the mat and into a world of wonder! Each class begins with playful yoga to warm up our bodies, then off we go on a themed obstacle course - hopping, crawling, balancing, and laughing through a land of make believe. After our big adventure, we settle down with "zen time". Gentle stretches, deep breaths, and a quiet story to rest our minds. Perfect for curious littles who love to move, imagine, and explore!
